Shift: US Shift (Monday – Friday)
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who is equal parts analyst and doer. You’ll work across our own brand marketing as well as US-based client accounts we manage – analyzing performance, surfacing what’s working (and what isn’t), and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, SEO improvements, and content across channels.
This isn’t a role where you only build dashboards and hand them off. You’ll be in the weeds – running campaigns, optimizing pages, writing briefs, tracking outcomes, and reporting back with insights that actually drive decisions. If you love data and the satisfaction of shipping work that moves numbers, you’ll fit right in here.
Responsibilities:
1. Analytics & Reporting:
- Build and maintain performance dashboards across Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and ad platforms
- Track and report KPIs for our brand and client accounts – traffic, conversions, ROAS, CPL, organic rankings, engagement
- Set up and validate conversion tracking, events, and goals via Google Tag Manager
- Run weekly and monthly performance reviews with clear insights, not just numbers
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across campaigns and channels
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis
2. Paid Media Execution:
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and audience refinement
- Coordinate with the senior PPC specialist on larger client accounts
- Build remarketing audiences and conversion tracking workflows
3. SEO Execution:
- Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema)
- Perform keyword research and map keywords to content opportunities
- Monitor rankings, indexing issues, and Core Web Vitals
- Coordinate with content and development teams on technical SEO fixes
- Track and report organic growth month over month
4. Content & Campaigns:
- Build content briefs based on keyword and intent research
- Coordinate publishing across WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, landing page optimization, and CRO experiments
- Support social media performance tracking and reporting
5. Client & Brand Work:
- Manage analytics and execution for both Integrate Point’s own marketing and US client accounts
- Prepare client-ready reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps
- Participate in client review calls to walk through performance
- Maintain documentation, project trackers, and process notes
What We’re Looking For:
Must-have:
- 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with both analytics and execution responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Hands-on experience running campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max); Meta Ads is a plus
- Working knowledge of on-page and technical SEO – keyword research, audits, optimization
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, dashboards)
- Excellent spoken and written English for direct client communication and report writing
- Comfortable working US shift hours (Monday – Friday)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects across our brand and client accounts simultaneously
Preferred:
- Google Ads and/or GA4 certifications
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
- WordPress hands-on experience (basic edits, plugins, page builders)
- Experience with US-based clients or US-market campaigns
- Healthcare, B2B, or service-industry marketing experience
- Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO and tracking implementation
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Accurate, on-time performance reports delivered weekly and monthly
- Measurable improvement in client and brand KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROAS)
- Clean tracking and tagging across all properties
- Proactive identification of issues and opportunities – not waiting to be asked
- Confident client communication with insights, not raw data dumps
Why Join Us:
- Work across multiple accounts and industries – fast learning curve
- Hands-on role with real ownership – you’ll execute, not just observe
- Direct visibility into client work and brand strategy
- Remote-first culture with a friendly, supportive team
- Growing company where strong contributors shape how we work
